I'm looking for a recipe for either lobster or crab bisque that is yummy yet somewhat easy to make. I'd prefer not to have to make my own stock.
Also, everything I've searched makes about a million gallons! There are only 2 of us so I really don't want to be eating it for an entire week afterwards (but depending on the recipe...maybe I do? So basically I'd like to see your tried and true recipes.
