I was listening to the radio and heard an interesting quote or adage attributed to Winston Churchill. It was used by a professor of comparative health systems. The Difference engine

Thanks to all who visited and emailed. We've got items out in the mail to some today and some more on Wednesday. On Wednesday, we'll be revisiting all the pictures that everyone was interested in!
