Well, yesterday afternoon was another painful session at umpiring training.  The new guy we have as a trainer has an interesting style: yesterday we did hardly any running at all and lots of push-ups and sit-ups and lunges (very painful let me tell you), not to mention having to piggy-back someone and (try and) run, and on other days he has us ( Read more... )
