Initial post...
Hi anyone reading this...this will be the first of (hopefully) many posts keeping us all (me included!) up to date with what is happening in my life in li'l ol' Canberra.
Ro and I are off to the coast on Sunday of the long weekend (oh how we love the long weekends) to be there as our friend Min get's baptised; she's getting dunked at the beach near Ulladulla at the annual FOCUS beach Getaway. For me as a worker, I'm being selfish and not giving my whole (blessed) long weekend for the camp, but it will be great to be there with her - she's so excited.
Otherwise, life's pretty much going on as usual: work, Uni, housework, shopping etc. One new thing we did start last week was swimming on Wednesday afternoons before bible study, which should be fun, if a bit arm-tiring!
