I love that you chose Dr. Knox and that he seems very (for him) happy. Your having his son become a doctor would be icing on his cake. That he's this close to his son is wonderful.

I like this a lot. I think you did Dr. Knox very well. Can see him developed like that after the manga/anime. Great work!

The bit with the Knox family always touched me in the canon, and I'm glad to see how well things are turning out for them here. The ending was especially sweet.
