You finished! *cheers* But I thought you'd manage to finish. This was great! There were some great lines in regard to the Armstrongs (both of them ;)).

Thanks for the confidence! I knew I'd finish; it just felt like it took unreasonably forever.

Olivier giving Mustang shit for getting shot was one of my favorite scenes to write in this chapter.

So, I have been following this story and I want to say I enjoy this very much. The way Roy and Riza's relationship has been developed is nicely done. The political stuff I think is very cool too and the way you put the radio interviews, news clippings, and other media within the narrative is great too. I assume it took a lot of research and planning to get the political storyline working (had been putting some politics and military stuff in a Roy/Riza fic of mine and I had to do many rewrites XD; ).

Concerning the ending, yay for Roy surviving the assassination attempt. Also haha I'm always for Roy and Olivier bickering. And double yay for him being Prime Minister and marrying Riza. :3

Congrats on finishing and again this is a very fun read!

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it. It did require a fair amount of research and thought; I think that's why this last part took so much longer to write than the first part!

Yeah! I love it! When I saw you had posted, I had to scramble to find the chapters after 8 and before 13 - I mean, I knew something had happened in between there but it wasn't anywhere on LJ (that I could see). Thank god for AO3!

first off, let me apologize for taking SO godawful long to read this. Thank you for finishing my story. I really enjoyed it. Is it wrong that Roy getting shot was my favorite part. I really liked how it all turned out?
