This weekend at Metanoia has been exhausting. It was a weekend on Body Process but paradoxically I'm not bodily tired, but mentally and emotionally tired.

I have completed my essay. It's done. Finished. Completely sorted. all that remains for me to do is prnt it out and sign the front sheet :)

I just got home and found an envelope on the mat. I picked it up and casually opened it trying to hold down any anticipation in case it wasn't from Metanoia, but as I tore the envelope I saw their headed paper. I paused and then drew the letter out of the envelope to read that
