Hayden has just had the most significant weekend of his life so far. He can't say what happened, because he doesn't exactly know yet, and because it's not the sort of thing he wants to post on here, but he appologises if he's a bit odd with any of you as a result.

I had a reasonably good weekend at Metanoia, enjoying Friday night dinner with friends, but then developing a sore throat on Saturday. We had the Christmas party with singing , dancing and much foolishness on Saturday evening, followed by drinks in the pub and then home to my B+B at midnight. So I'm back from my first training weekend of the year and I'm re-engaged with the whole "becoming a therapist" type thing.

A lot of the weekend was about administration and so was a bit dull, but the theory we did do was really engaging.

Tomorrow I drive to Ealing. I'm home from yet another weekend in London. This one was in a pokey little community centre near Euston Station, where I spent two days in supervision with the theme being Erotic Transference.

I've finished, not necessarily completed, but definitely finished my portfolio.

I need to go through and write (with a pen) the numbers on the divider tabs which I'll do tonight when I'm in Ealing, but otherwise I AM DONE!

Assuming this doesn't get deferred it'll be the last piece of written work I have to do this year.
