Fire. Perfect. <3

Nihonmono Tonami would be snow, for sure. <3

Fire for element. Lava for image. It really does fit her, doesn't it?

I will have to say that the first thing I think of with nihonmono!Tonami is smoke - once more tied to the element of fire. I think the way she is so subtle and understated fits smoke better than snow. Even if snow is beautiful, it's also very wet and it leaves a very raw imprint on its surrounding. Smoke on the other hand floats through the air with such ease and its religious significance cannot be stated enough. So, Tonami in nihonmono makes me think of the smoke from insence sticks that are so often used in Buddhist temples.

Maachan in nihonmono makes me think of plum flowers. Again, earth and woods. ♥ It all fits perfectly.

Oh. And Ayane-chan in nihonmono makes me think of the moon's soft, silvery light. ♥

/looks forward to her Christmas present

Oh, also, Dan-chan would either team up with Tonami for fire or be the wind. From the lightest wind of spring to the most violent winter storms, you can find everything in her. <3

I need a Dan-chan icon.
I need so many icons.

Remi reminds me of water in many ways. But less flowing water, much more the water of a lake, or probably -if I include flowing water- the clearest, most secret spring in the mountains.

That's a lovely image, and comparable in many ways; as a spider web draws creatures in, a crystal spring makes you want to leap in and surround yourself in it. And you don't die after. :D

Oh, you're right! I'll do that right away.

I actually do like Remi. She's not one of my favourite, but I like her much like I like Aono Yuki. They're not really me, but I feel their talent more than just see it.

Fuuchan? Hmm. I actually like your idea of soap bubbles, but in the way that Fuuchan for me is more air-ish. Not like Ayane-chan is it, but... hmm, how to explain it... When you wave a small bouquet of lavender from side to side it leaves a very distinct, sweet smell in the air. And it stays there for a long time, leaving its scent on your fingers and in your nostrils. That's how I think of Fuuchan, I think. As someone who leaves her audience with a soft and sweet scent, and after some time it actually seeps into your skin and you carry it with you, making you smile at its lingering presence.

Asuka always makes me think of the ocean as it meets the beach. Gentle and calm most of the time but capable of churning up to a roar at times.

Oh, perfect! She's so feminine, but has this intensity and power, like when she played a pirate in "El Halcon".

That's absolutely it. I looove Gilda, even if Marguerite in Scarlet Pimpernel is probably my over all favorite role of hers.
