City patrolling would never be a bad thing, just to deter criminalization. I intend on setting up a form of patrol, as well as a quick communication line to alert others in the network to emergencies. At least on that part of things.
We need to be able to mobilize quickly to eliminate threats to fellow citizens.
I would like to host a pseudo-democratic session until we figure out what we need to do for the city, and then execute such actions. You, obviously, have some sort of experience. Your help would be a great asset.

Who knows, getting involved might help him gather clues about this place, as well as form connections with other capable residents. ]
