Good Evening, Vatheon,
For those that don't know me, my name is Roy Mustang. Where I hail from is a military controlled country called Amestris. With several years in leadership experience. My dream there? To become the Fuhrer, and change how our country lived, because of all the terrible things that happened there.
Why is this relevant? [He sighs, then looks back up.]
Certain... recent events have alerted me to the fact that Vatheon has no defense against any sort of bad activity. Up until now, problems have been solved on their own, and it has taken the tragic loss of a very bright lad for us to make this push.
I am moving to create a military force for Vatheon, under my jurisdiction. At least to start things off. We can move in other directions as this mlitary operation commences.
Obviously, I cannot do this on my own. It will require help from any able individual interested in making a difference here.
For now, refer to me as Fuhrer. [He smiles confidently.]
