So it is week 2 and i'm still going strong. I did my full 20 minute BFL cardio on Sat. morning, i hit those 10's and hated every minute! Then did a cool down and had Yoga class, which was pretty advanced (for me) and got very stretchy. my hip joints were a bit sore for the next day, but in a good way.
