Day 3 - But It's the Weekend!

At first I let myself be too lazy to get up and get going to the gym while Mr. Bead was dealing with crap at the office. But when he got home and started to entertain Little Bead, I took my chance and went.


Breakfast - milk, 2 slices liver pudding, 2 chocolate-chip muffins

Lunch - salad wrap with turkey, carrot & cucumber sticks

Snacks - Snickers ice cream bar, 3/4 apple

Dinner - steak & chicken teppanyaki style, steamed veggies, fried rice

Water Intake - 44 oz.

Exercise:
7-minute warmup on treadmill
thighs, triceps, biceps, shoulders, abs
10 minutes on treadmill

I did this workout with a Podrunner mix set for 147 BPM. It was remarkably helpful not only in helping with the treadmill, but keeping me moving from one weight machine to the next without too much rest time.
