I LOVE THIS FIC SO MUH-MU-MUCH. The angst is exactly the kind that I love because apparently I'm evil that way. And it's the part I've been waiting for since I read the prompt so, just. Guh. I adore the new chapter.

Poor boys. I feel so bad for both of them. Jensen is so clueless and I can't imagine how he's going to feel when he eventually realizes just how unhappy Jared is (even though I'm sure that doesn't happen any time soon, heh). And Jared. ;_; Just, poor guy. I know how that is, to have no familiar space to hide away in when you're upset and the fact that this new cave is so huge and cold and not his is just as heartbreaking as how broken he's feeling. *holds him*

Poor Jared. And I bet Jensen will be so tired and busy-and Jared will be trying to show Jensen how good he can be-that Jensen won't realize anything is wrong for a long time/or until it's really bad...

Hopefully none of the other dragons want to make outright enemies of Jared-thoughtless comments will hurt, but if someone is jealous or something and wants to hurt Jared it will be pretty easy for them. I bet Jared will isolate himself too-except maybe from the kids, but they will be too young to understand.

I can't wait to read more.

none of the dragons are really hostile toward one another, so don't worry about that. they really weren't being mean! they just sometimes don't know when it's time to be quiet. :(
