I have an pre-interview with 4 engineers tomorrow at my company for a development engineer position. I'm really really excited. I'm nervous, but not enough to worry about. I just hope I don't get the "what would you do in conflict" type questions. I usually come up with something pretty dumb.

I officially live in my house and it's freaking awesome. I just connected the internet today. It's been 26 days of no internet!!!

I'll admit, i feel like not doing anything for like a month now... i might have to have a few days of that dream!

Mom's surgery went really well on Thursday. The doc said she had a lot of fibroids and that the cancer looked superficial, but he won't know if anything has been spread til all the tests come back. Well the good news has now turned into bad news with mom. She has uterine cancer. She is going to talk to her doctor on the phone tomorrow and schedule a surgery date. It's sucks so bad that it's taken like 4 months to figure this out. We really haven't been getting that much of a run around. My mom hates going to the doctor and from what I ( Read more... )

I watched "What the Bleep do we Know about Anything?". It was good.

I recommend watching it for anyone. It really does let you know who you are, why you do the things you do, and somehow in the end you end up liking yourself.
