I have an pre-interview with 4 engineers tomorrow at my company for a development engineer position. I'm really really excited. I'm nervous, but not enough to worry about. I just hope I don't get the "what would you do in conflict" type questions. I usually come up with something pretty dumb.

Well, just so you know, come up with things that are positive negatives. If they ask you what your worst quality is, say things like "I am a perfectinist, and I do everything by the book and sometimes that bothers people/etc" They always want bullshit.
