P.S. If you were seriously wondering why it's a public office for which elections are held, it's because the MSU Board of Trustees (and the Regents of the University of Michigan, along with the Board of Governors of Wayne State University) were established by the Michigan Constitution. These universities are state-run schools, not private institutions.

Now what kind of cookies are you talking about? 'Cause I don't like peanut butter cookies and I don't know if I want to be associated with those that do. If you're just talking about chocolate chip cookies or maybe oatmeal cookies without raisins, then I could get behind that.

And does this include cookie dough? Because I like cookie dough. Especially sugar cookie dough. And what about cookie flavored ice cream, like cookie dough ice cream, is that a part of your platform?

And what's the doom part? Is that when we discover that you've poisoned all of the cookies you just gave us?

Doom = networked, old-school gaming for everyone?

As an almost co-founder of the Doom and Cookies party, I can tell you that we respect the broad spectrum of cookie preferences and support cookie diversity -- there's room at the table for everyone. And our cookies are ginormous, yo.
