Simple marinade for fajitas
I've only used this on veggies so far, but it would go well on tofu/fake meat too. In my opinion, fajitas *MUST* have onions and bell peppers. Last night's fajitas also included zucchini and carrots, but anything goes. Potatoes would be amazing in this ( Read more... )
