MS Canation Campaign Day 1
Day 1 done. Yay. All went well, sold up a storm. Very tired, but cannot be tired, do NOT have time to be tired. Tomorow starts at 8:30 and goes till 9:00. With any luck it won't pour rain. Or snow. Or be too hot...

MS Society Carnation Campaign
It's come around again as it always does, Mother's Day weekend and the annual MS Society fund raising campaign.
We moved out here nearly two decades ago with four cats, three computers and a huge pile of books from a one bedroom apartment in downtown Toronto to a three bedroom house on 75 acres where the nearest neighbour was half a mile away. ( ( Read more... ) -
An amazing day!
Today is my birthday! I am 49 today!
And since it is my birthday he world is glorious! The sun is shining brightly, the snow is a beautiful sculpture, the road is clear for walking dogs and it is not too cold. The bushes all sparkling as if they were all made of crystal just for me! And they were.

Games Puppies Play
Our back yard is arse deep in snow and has been for what seems like MONTHS but has probably only been for weeks. But definitely weeks, so, there hasn't been much walking paths with dogs. What we do instead is I go and stand as far out as I can- which is only about seven feet from the house and dogs play around me. I feel a bit like a primary ( Read more... ) -
A Beautiful Aftermath
So "The Storm" is over and many other places that weren't here got blasted. Most of it missed us. What we did get was the beautiful aftermath and there are two kinds.

January Just Flew by
I don't think I want to know how long it's been since I last posted. A loong time and so much has happened in the meantime.
