Home and its raining
Made it home from SF Contario in one piece even though the train was forty minutes late boarding and an hour late getting me home. Fortunately I bowed to the Beloved Bear's wisdom and brought my i-pod so I didn't lunge over my seat and damage my fellow passengers. In TO Day 3
A good day, an exhausting day. Second day of SF Contario. Ran around and caught up with many friends I hadn't seen in a long while and met some new friends, that was cool. Had an excellent yet exhausting day. Up early to walk a sweet little dog then off to visit other sweet little dogs. In TO Day 1
Had a fun day, stopped in at Bakka's new location on Harbord St to say Hi and went to a raw vegggie place for dinner that was cool. Had er um stuff, hang on let me try and remember what it was... nope, all I can think of was veggies, but it was good. Now eating trail mix which is kinda vegetarian, kinda and drinking tea w/ soy milk. It's good -
New Tech
The new experiences are just piling up. On my way to SFContario for the weekend. Decided to take the train (No, the train is not a new experience, I'm not that much of a luddite.) I will be going to SF Contario on the 19-21st and hope to see and catch up with many people.
My schedule as it stands so far:
Friday 19th: 8pm: panel. Pissing on the Grave of Post Modernism. Basically a discussion of sub genres.
Friday 9pm: Why re-read books. Basically a lovefest for favorite books.
