So like...I've got two more visits left to one of my Elementary Schools, and I feel kind of bad because...I kind of can't wait to be done with it. I mean, the kids love me so much, and I know they're going to be really sad when I go(oh, I hope no one cries) but I don't think little kids is my thing. The older ones are fine. 4th or 5th grade and ( Read more... )

:smile: It's nice to know I knew you before the ff.net review button, but just as nice to know that I'm being written for. ♥

I love Lynisha so. Fucking. Much!

*smooch*

LYNISHA LOVES BECKY TOOOOO!! You know half my net existence is thanks to you. Heck, I'm pretty sure you were the one to first introduce me to fanfiction back when I was a clueless, innocent, n00bish kitling. You were the first person I wrote primarily for...

...in a lot of ways, I owe a lot of who I am to you Beckers...so duh! Of course I write for you! I'll be in a position to do a lot more than that one of these days.

aw, I like your take on writing and reviews <3

I guess I still need to grow up a bit in that aspect cuz I still get kind of irked if I put a lot of soul into a fic and it gets like 2000 hits and...2 reviews DX

but where is this new posted story? *couldn't find it on ffn* ..unless I completely missed it >_>

ack, nevermind. I feel stupid now. (If you were talking about 'Unseen Eyes')

guiltily waiting for you to finish that one before I start reading so I don't have to go through the agony of waiting...

Hey, I don't blame you for waiting on UE. Luckily it's almost done! Just gotta figure out how to get from W to Z neatly...

Haha! I do sound all sagely and stuff when I read through that again. The truth is that I just realize that there are not that many people who are into my concepts, so the ones who are instantly fall into my realm of love. ^^;

Alas, I cannot fault that reasoning. I didn't start posting here until ppl started responding to my stuff and I actually started making *gasp* internet friends! :O

We'll see how long it lasts. I'm thinking a while because I've met some ppl here I'd like to stay in touch with. I'll try to poke at your blog every now and again. May is be as pretty and sparkly as yu always hoped. ^___^

I understand not necessarily wanting to work with the younger kids - when there's the lack of boundaries like that, it's a pain, and because they're young you can't exactly yell at them, or get overly frustrated, because there's this constant of 'you're meant to be the adult here, right?' Haha, I definitely hope no one cries! (although it'd be kinda cute if anyone did ;D ( ... )

Exactly. It's like, you don't want to yell at little kids, because it would totally break their little hearts, but you also don't want to let them keep thinking what they are doing is ok. And all of this is made even more fun by a loverly barrier of language incomprehension. -__-; I can't lie...I'd feel loved if some kids cried >wYeah, it feels like just yesterday when I was like "just three more months...just three. more. months." And now it's like, wait hey! Six weeks?!? What is this WTFery?!? And Ms. Whitney(the new lady) has some interesting times ahead of her. I can only do so much. the rest is just going to be her working through some really frustrating situations. Man...I remember when I first came...*shudders ( ... )

Oh, goodness. I can't be with younger kids, because I can never tell what their intelligence is like. That, and I'm easily manipulated. o_0 But the kids I work with in Honduras... those are some of the best memories I have. Granted it is frustrating to only be able to communicate on a certain level, but there's something about the bond that forms between us that I love. That's a bit off topic, but oh well ( ... )
