Ugh, RL stuff and other technical things made me need to put the Crimson Empire project on hiatus, but I think I shall be trying to contribute a few translations to the Anniversary no Kuni project, if that gets off the ground.

Yikes, uh, I've been busy with other things. But rest assured, I haven't forgotten about the project. (Am finishing up on the prologue and should have another build of scenario done soon, within the next few days.)

Am sort of amazed at the high ratings for certain games that I didn't like that much, and am amused at the incredibly polarized ratings for Heart no Kuni no Alice (50 gave it 5 stars, 31 1 star, making it sort of a graph with two peaks, not a bell curve). Tower opening scene in JnK (The game starts like this if Alice is living in the Tower... After this scene plays you have to have Alice go and visit the other places and see the circus, and then come back, and then you can start visiting people and changing the seasons by playing annoying card games with Joker.)

I habitually use headphones to listen to games, movies, music, etc on my computer. Inevitably, these headphones die, because I have a bad habit of stepping on the cord etc. (the current one only works on one side) At some point, I think I am going to have to break and get cordless headphones. -_ ( Read more... )
