Pigeon update

The pigeon survived the night but didn't eat anything. An attempt to release it failed. So, I called my boss, who has rehabbed pigeons in the past, and asked for help. As a result the pigeon has now been hand fed a mixture of millet seed, milk and bread and even drank a bit of water on its own. The color of its plumage indicates it is a juvenile

Yes and no. We also figured out it's not fully weaned yet which means it will be staying here for a bit until it can feed itself.

Interesting way to look at it. Actually,I barely have the cope to take care of myself, so one more thing isn't really a happy thing for me. And the pigeon doesn't replace my pets I've lost. He'll be on his way soon enough. But at least I can help so there is that.
