And yea, the beast has been missing his peeps as well, but comp is effectively out of business and just finished moving four states away, so still shaking down from that.

Good luck with the resignation. As much trouble as you have had with that job maybe it is for the better.
What are the plans for Norway? Is it Oslo waiting ahead, or some other place? Is Mr Viking and little Saga going to join you?
(Oh, and if you ever pass a Deli De Luca shop when you get there and find little chocolately minties I would be your best friend forever if you sent me some... Best things ever.)

Far as I can tell, we're going just north of Trondheim, where we will build a whole village, viking-style. So of course I'm going there with Mr Viking. Saga will not be coming with us, but we'll only be in Norway two weeks at the time and then we'll have a week or two at home, so it's all good.

I'll look for the Deli if I ever find myself in Oslo.
