Well some bad news/good news about work. Bad news is that I think I nodded off for a second after lunch. There wasn't much to do and I was waiting for people to get back to me and the programming article about DetailView (it's a .Net thing) was dry and boring. Good news, I wasn't caught. Better news I got moved into an actual OFFICE for a few weeks. Not a desk in a training room. Not a cubical. An office. My contract position was to cover the duties of two people going on maternity leave. One starts tomorrow so I got moved into her office today. She's gone for 3 weeks (her wife is the one having the baby) so I get her office until she gets back. The other person is due next month. So maybe I'll get her office for a while.

And I will repeat one very important thing about Hugo nominating. If you're going to join Renovation, you have to do so by January 31. That's FIVE days from now, so you need to hurry. If you can't afford the full membership right now, get a supporting membership now, then convert when it's feasible.
