Also, housesitting went well and I was able to move some stuff in. Thanks to all who commented on the other post. I was flailing and depressed and the short post was really bittersweet.

Change is scary but I'm ready to face this, ready to live my life as I want to, with who I want to.

I'm feeling optimistic, guys. Life's an adventure and I have great companions for the ride. Things aren't perfect, sure, but when are they ever. Life is complex, life is //complicated//. I've been working on another update post but I need to acknowledge my shock and deep sadness at the passing of Elizabeth Sladen. To say that my inner Doctor is heartsbroken is an understatement. Feeling emotionally vulnerable today. I guess it's no wonder: I think it's starting to hit me indirectly, subconsciously, that Grandma's services are today.
