(no subject)
Sorry if I've been a little out of touch lately. Honestly, just more of the same: Busy, busy, busy. Though I did have a fantastic weekend with brilliant_snark which included cupcakes, Playboy bunnies and lots and lots of rain. And other stuff. But more on that later, maybe.
I'm so tired -- and not because it's 3am. I'll just give a quick update: Grandma was doing better... but now she's in an isolated room under suspicion of a non-airborne bacterial infection (which means we have to wear a paper gown and gloves to see her) but now the doctors think she has pneumonia too. I saw her earlier today (before taking off to see brilliant_snark, goldenwolfrose and narrativeliving) and she didn't look good. I found out tonight that my uncle, aunt and their all-but-legally adopted grandson are taking the train down from Seattle Tuesday/arriving Wednesday since things are coming to a head. We're awaiting word on whether my other aunt and uncle are coming down this week. (They'd originally bought tickets to come in May.)
Speaking of tickets, I still need to buy mine for the flight to Aeternitas. I just... GOD. It's really hard to think about anything right now. It's either 'physical escape for few hours' or it's work or it's family stuff. Otherwise I just want to sleeeeeeeeeep. But there's still so much to do. :P Okay, seriously, I need to get to bed. Maybe it'll seem less 'aaaaaaaghljdlkfajdfl' in the morning.
