it's been a little over 3 months since i started ex0rcizing and counting calories (albeit roughly), and it's paid off! since i started, i've lost exactly 20 lbs. it wasn't a rapid process, by any means, but since i'm doing it properly, it's weight that will continue to stay off as long as i keep watching my calorie intake. i'm down to around 191

..but I'm sure you already know for yourself! I was a fat kid. Hands down. When I lost about 20 pounds in grade 9 when I hit highschool and realized, hey you're chubby, it felt amazing. Keep up the good work!! :D
