As the group approaches the plotting zoo, they are greeted by a very chipper guide holding a thick binder, emblazoned with the Zoo's logo, in one arm. "Here we have the amoeba - why there is an amoeba in a petting zoo, I don't know, but here it is. Too small to see with the naked eye, the zoo has provided a microscope for viewing. If you'd like to take a closer look, just let me know and I'll set it up for you.

Tick turned to the group. "Okay, chums, I trust you to take care of yourselves. Feel free to wander off in small groups to check out the animals at your leisure. We'll meet back here for lunch [OOC: "Lunch" meaning "the end of today's play."]

Tick turned around to look at the amoeba. "Ooh, tiny!"

"Very tiny," Brandy says. "Here, let me put it in the machine for you." Brandy takes a petri dish and puts it under the microscope." The amoeba is easily viewable through the eyepiece.

Brandy looks at the bunny hutch which is currently empty with the door hanging open. "Well, this is where our bunnies should be. They must have been taken out for cleaning." She shrugs. "Maybe they'll be brought back before your visit is over today."

[She's on the run from the hounds and the law. Suddenly she stops to look at the open cage.]

Ooh, everybody is free. I'm sure the Man will be tracking those por bastards instead.

[She looks around to see where she is.]

Oh NO! I'm LOST! Help! Help! I can't find my way back...won't someone please help a damsel in distress? Oh, woe....woe...

[She puts the back of her hand to her forehead]

Aw, look at the puppies! The cute... slightly blueberry-colored puppies. Are they supposed to be that color?

"I think so. At least, I don't know why they would color them just for a petting zoo." Brandy flips open the binder to the tab marked 'Puppies'. "It doesn't really say..." She shrugs and smiles up at Jack.

Jack thinks about it. "Okay. Far weirder things have happened in this place." He gets down on his hands and knees and begins to tussle with the puppies and a cute and sensitive, yet manly and not-at-all dignity imparing way.

Han looks at the snake, and reaches in a finger to stroke the purple skin. If it was dangerous, it wouldn't be in a petting zoo.

It feels pebbly and dry, very nice.

As Han pets the snake, a rabbit hops over his feet. All of a sudden, he feels as if something is wrong.

Suddenly, the snake is out of reach.

Why are his shirt-cuffs dangling past his hands?

He takes a couple steps in the too-large boots, trying to find some place to sit down. There, a bench. By the time he reaches it, he's less than three feet high.

The sight of a 6' tall man trying to pull himself onto the bench like a too-shrt toddler should amuse any passerby.
