Today's epiosode finds me standing at the bottom of a ladder with torch in hand, looking up at a man hole in the ceiling of a stair well in a church. Climbing this ladder and opening the man hole reveals a surprise! Recently I've been running around inside a Pipe Organ, there isn't much room inside those things and oh my god the wires! Hundreds of tiny wires! Wouldn't want to bump any of em.

As anyone who has asked me about my work may know, I was involved in the reconstruction of the St.Kilda pier Kiosk. You may also know that there have been many problems with the modern glass box hiding behind the Kiosk. I went and saw Circa at the North Melbourne town hall on Wednesday evening. It was a high energy blend of dance and circus acts mixed in with a multimedia background. I was talking to one of the subcontractors I'm working with and the discussion jokingly turned to food. He said we should have dinner and asked if I like chinese food (the contractor is chinese) so I said how about Yum Cha. Jokingly of course. He sounded surprised and pleased at this idea.
