We set off Friday night to head part way down for the Yazoo gig in Manc on Saturday. Just back from the Glasgow show - it was brilliant.  Alison Moyet has one of the most fantastic voices I've ever heard, she's teeny and beautiful and Vince has a lovely cheeky wee grin.  I don't know much Yazoo but will soon sort that out.

Popped along to the thing at The Ark on Friday and was very disappointed by Junge Welt, Anowrexia (sp?) were very energetic and quite frankly the best band out the three I saw, suffered a wee bit from the vocals being a bit low but nonetheless very good show, Cybercide were fine, enthusiastic but a bit samey for me.  Missed Twisted Nerve ccos Po ( Read more... )
