After hiring a milkman as police chief and then having our milk poisoned or filled with razorblades? It's no doubt that the police here are more of a threat then help.

Exactly. And there were far too many forcing the effects of the milk on the children here. That's unacceptable.

I've heard there have been a couple of groups, but from what I gather, most of them are loosely organized. Getting a large group of us together like that for a long-term project seems to be like herding cats.

Lots of independent sorts, and there's always the problem if you leadership gets droned at a critical time.

I'm all for protecting the kids, but sometimes they don't care to be protected.

True enough. I have my eye on the ones in my section of town, just in case - some to protect them and some to protect others from them.
