I plan on having as many citizens work together to keep each other and the town safe from those here who have eviler plans. There is no reason to not have a branch focused towards the young ones.

I only know his residence and that he goes by the name The Major. He forced the child to drink the milk everyday and threatened to harm her friends if she refused.

I found her sick and practically dying several days into the incident on the streets trying to find help.
