i love this postseason, it's been great, but especially the boston red sox not only beating the yanks in the ALCS, but making history from 0-3 down to win!

and of course, GO CARDINALS! i was so scared today in the 9th inning...but they pulled it out! but still have game 7 tomorrow to win...and i have a concert! dammit!

for about 12 nights now, i haven't had my normal 7-8 hours of really good, deep sleep...i've been averaging about 4-5 hours of pretty shit poor sleep instead...mentally, i'm alot better about my ongoing problem, but i guess deep down inside, my body knows better and insists on waking me up at least once a night from a very intense bad dream ( ( Read more... )

mentally i'm better...but still having sleeping problems where i wake up in the middle of the night...not from nightmares (anymore) but just very intense dreams...then i usually fall back asleep, have MORE of these dreams, then wake up feeling absolutely exhausted...this has been going on for a week ( Read more... )
