Going back to the beginning of 2019, between January and May I fell several times. Mostly I didn't damage myself too badly but thoroughly scared myself. Then, at the end of May, beginning of June, I experienced several weeks where I had dizzy spells. I thought I had adjusted to the time change...had successfully 'fallen back'...but apparently not. This morning, when the alarm went off at 8:00, I tried to hit Snooze but hit Stop instead, then fell soundly asleep again.
