Tuesday, 15 July 2020: My Outing

This past Saturday, John and Pam picked me up, and we went to Alan and Olga's for a picnic. Alan and Olga have an above ground swimming pool, but I didn't wear or take my bathing suit. John and Pam did.

For me, this was the first time I'd been further from my apartment than the grounds of my apartment complex, Park Towne Place.

I feel like that "second guessing" is a new, normal consequence of doing anything social these days.
Even if you decide that it's ok BEFORE you do it, and feel fine WHILE you're doing it - afterward we start wondering...

I think you made reasonable choices - and I suspect your instincts about Zac are pretty spot on :D

Here's hoping that the next 10 days goes smoothly with no adverse symptoms!

Glad you were able to get out.
I've read it is pretty hard to catch the virus outside and even mass protests and crowded beaches didn't cause an infection spike.
