Well, it had been a while since Jono had done anything in some sort of official capacity down at the Boards, between breaks and so on, and it was high time he do something about that. If you're interested in getting involved, or you just want to, you know, talk to Jono for whatever reason. He missed his office hours this week for New Warriors reasons, because foiling bank robberies is important, but he's here now!

Who, after tossing the muffin his way, promptly dragged a chair over to sit next to him, gestured at the latest batch of decorations, and asked, "Whazzis?"

Somebody was getting much better at not being beaned by veggie muffins, and that somebody was giving April a sideways glance and a little grin.

"This?" Wasn't it obvious, April? "This is the beginnings of my personal homage to the greatest holiday there is. You've never seen a haunted house before, luv?"

That last bit sounded maybe a bit on the teasing side. He sincerely doubted that she hadn't seen something like it before, after all.

She picked off a piece of muffin to eat, then asked, "So what's the deal? Haunted mansion type thing?"

Or go through the costumes for something you can wear for the haunted house, or just for your own personal Halloween costume -- to be returned after Wednesday, of course. Or do whatever else there is to do in the Boards. Jono isn't going to nitpick if you get distracted playing on the piano or something instead, since this is all just for fun.

Bucky showed up at the Boards dragging an upright vacuum cleaner behind him. He managed to get it inside the door and then collapsed, breathing heavily.

Jono eyed the cat. And then eyed the vacuum. And then eyed the cat some more.

He had a cat of his own. He was pretty certain he could guess what was up, here.

"Most terrifying thing you can think of, hm?"

"Not the most terrifying, no, but Donald Trump's hair is hard to get on short notice," Bucky answered. "Don't worry -- it's dead. I made sure of that." He held up the vacuum's severed power cord triumphantly.
