There were all kinds of warm moddable carnival foods ready to be eaten - hot dogs, popcorn, funnel cakes - as well as hot and cold drinks.

The mere mention of carnival food, fun and games and Chuck was So There. He hadn't decided exactly what he was going to do, but he had the time until he finished this hot dog to decide.

"There's a lot of food here," Mulan said to the first person she saw who happened to be Chuck. "Is there anything you'd recommend?"

Chuck quickly swallowed his moutful when he realised he was the one being addressed. Almost too fast, juding by the slight cough.

"Uh, funnel cake," he said after a moment. "Or, you know--" he held up his hot dog. I wouldn't be eating it if it wasn't great."

For sitting and eating and talking and dancing.

Er, wait, no, not that last one.

Chuck wasn't exactly in the mood for a carnival (was he ever? They were so tacky) but he wasn't about to pass up the chance to eat about twenty pounds of cotton candy. Call it a weakness.

"Y'know, somehow I never would have pegged you for a cotton candy man," Dean observed, flopping down opposite Chuck with his own food haul.

"It's about the only edible carnival food there is," Chuck said. "I just have to not think too hard about me eating pure sugar and food dye otherwise I feel guilty and have to stop eating it."

Make Snowpeople [WC] psychic_wonder January 30 2010, 08:47:52 UTC
One section of snowy land had been marked off for making snowmen (or snowwomen, if one was inclined). There was a table of moddable items to add to the snowmen, such as buttons, scarves, hats, and of course, carrots. There were traditions to be upheld, after all.

Veronica was a totally, awesomely mature married woman.

And she was currently making an anatomically correct snowman. "Hey, hand me a carrot that's about this long?" she asked, holding her hands about six inches apart.

"...who's carrot is this supposed to be, exactly?" Dick asked. Please, he was a much bigger carrot. Much, much bigger.

"Not yours, honey," Veronica assured him. "I'm not stupid enough to make all the girls and half the guys go after my man."

Snowball Fight [WC] psychic_wonder January 30 2010, 08:48:10 UTC
Another section of snowy land had been marked off and cleared out so that nothing remained but fresh snow just waiting to be balled up and thrown at someone else's head. Just don't kill each other, please.

The only winter carnivals Summer had ever been to had been in Orange County, so there was an abundance of fake snow. Definitely not worthy of snowball fights. Not like the snow she was currently standing in.

Chris was a big ole cheater and he sent a ball of snow at Summer with his TK.

"Hey, no fair!" Summer grabbed a pile of snow, formed it into a ball, and tossed it in Chris's direction.
