Outside the Dorms: Thursday Morning [4-5-07]

Isobel had called in sick to work again as she wasn't about to take the chance that Millie would realize what was going on.  Not when they were so close to achieving their objective.  But she wasn't going to stay in the room with Mr. Snuggly either.  So she was out in front of the dorms, going over her list of ingredients she'd need for the opening

Briana was also up and about as she wandered Fandom, looking for Isobel or Madeline to warn them about the demon who was in love with Phoebe.

Isobel saw Briana and lifted a hand in greeting.

"We may have a problem," she said without preamble.

Isobel's eyes narrowed. "What have you done?" she asked with a bit of an edge to her voice.

Jack was on his way to class, even though he'd been reluctant to leave Cedric. When he spotted Lana, he froze, but no way in hell he was going to hide because of her.

Pasting on his most reckless grin, he walked out across the lawn. Pretending to ignore her.

Isobel just smirked at him.

The smirk wiped out his grin and he stopped, looking her over contemptuously, all his anger over what she'd done to him flaring back to life. "All alone I see. Not that it's a surprise," he sneered.

"I'm afraid I wore out my last lover," she said sweetly. "Did you want to volunteer? You were so eager before. And I never did get to taste you thoroughly."

After Jack

Nadia had a lot on her mind, from trying to figure out what had happened with the guitar playing and Chad's naked stunt, to Walter having left for home for a week last night, so she headed out for a walk.

When she spotted Lana, she offered a sort of half-wave. "Hey, Lana."

Isobel looked up from her notes and managed a smile. "Hello, Nadia."

There seemed to be something niggling at Nadia's mind, but she couldn't figure out what.

Probably wasn't important.

"Have you noticed anything . . . weird going on around here, lately? I mean, weirder than usual."

Oh, you have no idea! Isobel thought, but she furrowed her brow as if she was trying to think. "A bunch of people have seemed to be acting strange," she admitted slowly. "But I don't know if it's more than usual."

After a strange still being played encounter with Gwynn, Teddy decided he needed out of the dorms before anything crazy happened to him again.

He nodded absentmindedly to Lana, recognizing her as one of the cheerleaders.

Teddy was already getting nervous, but he told himself that it was just his imagination, that two girls hitting on him in one day would just be too weird even for Fandom standards.

"Hey," He replied with a small wave.

Isobel waved distractedly at Tori, knowing her host would have waved, but too caught up in her notes to put too much effort into it.
