Evening, rodents. It's that time of the week again, so let's break out the rum and let's all hope that the size of that stack of notes you're waving at me isn't as large as you're trying to imply. That would end badly for all involved.
*chittering*
Silence.
SCHOOL
Leadership class discussed beliefs and values. Which you've got to have if you're going to exercise some leadership over anyone. Then they speak of
whether it's all right to censor inappropriate material. I don't see why not. Some things should not be heard.
Heroing class spoke of 'the wonders of transportation', which is an utter lie. They were
crap.
Lungs were discussed in Anthromorphic Anthropology, which I'm sure was utterly fascinating in every fashion. ...Don't get stabbed in them. That's all I've got to say. They spoke of
machines that could keep the lungs going when they fail. *pause* Hm. I'd speak to Gaius of that, but he'd judge me mad, and I'm not sure I could blame him.
Sam was in the library as always.
Dean brought lunch, which I've said about a million times isn't news, and they discussed the chaos of the previous day. In the arena of not actually being news,
Peter also came 'round.
That bird club held a meeting about ships. Those seagulls are a real... whatever.
There was food,
Robin spoke of madness to Anemone, and
squire Ben and Tahiri discussed Lord Leto's training. There's...
flying. Of ships. ... Right.
Gavin was there, much like
Anakin. Flying ships? Really? ...You'll really have to watch for those sea gulls.
DORMS
Lord Leto and I discussed any number of things during lunch. This island is insane.
Savannah is... girly with Johnny over something or other.
Romeo picks up Dojima for a 'booty call'. How many more times do I have to tell you to clarify what these things mean before you give me these?!
*chittering*
Oh, right. I'm talking to a rodent.
King Chuck has taken the day off. Well.
Hoshi wakes up and remembers yesterday. Here's a good tip for all: don't.
Francine reads up on literacy in her room. That's very enterprising of her.
King Chuck is pleased she survived, as he's got need of her culinary skills. I hope she makes better food than half this castle seems to produce.
Merlin strikes up some more ridiculous talk of his heroism which is completely unfounded. Couldn't hold a sword. And then he asks her out.
...
She's a tart, Merlin. I don't see why you bother.
Ben and harpy Lady Aravis meet, hopefully to avoid any memories of yesterday.
Eve... looks through her spells. I'd best not find you responsible for what happened yesterday. She tells Gwynn about Savannah's amnesia, which presumably is what she was being girly about earlier.
Hannibal sets up for cheerleading. He would be on that. They
stretch, and what follows is a
conversation between Hannibal and Sam that, honestly, you squirrels have absolutely no shame. I'm not going to read this.
Priestly has joined the squad, and appears to be free of 'jerk aura'. Be proud.
Robin asks Rikku how she's been. How's your monster-slaying been, Rikku? They all
talk of something about auctions and Valentines and the like. I'm sure it was... interesting.
Ronon is present, as are
Dinah and Ned.
That girl who never stops talking talks to Ned. I'm not surprised in the slightest.
Kappa Kappa Gremlin meets for serious business. That's good to hear. They
mingle and discuss the
betting. It's still dishonourable to take off another man's gains.
Sokka puts in a suggestion for more 'girlkissy parties'. Quite.
Teddy and
Constable Fraser were both there. In the
gym, Hurley got some exercise. I can't pass comment on that.
On the second floor,
Priestly contemplates making fondue. Just... don't lose any bread.
Eric doubts Priestly's ability to manage it. Fascinating.
Dinah wants to know how he's stayed away from the rodents' prying eyes. That is a very good question, Dinah.
Jen's happy to have it as long as she doesn't have to make it. Clever. She tells
Dinah all about how yesterday left her untouched since she's always honest. I think someone may be lying.
Blysse says that if Priestly was a wolf, she'd fight him for territory. ...Again, that's very enterprising of you.
That tart Merlin dragged up is happy about something. Whatever. She
waves to Blysse, fascinating, and
bounces at Dinah. Who does that?
Dinah and Priestly discuss intimidating Emmett. I find sharp objects tend to help.
Dinah finds that Blysse was also unaffected due to a wolflike mind. Well. I know where I'll be this week.
Tony brought 'strawberry cheesecake', whatever that may be, and
Dinah shows off her incredible ability to lie. Brilliant, Dinah. I hope it's better than your stances.
Blysse and Tony then discuss cake made of cheese. Right.
TOWNIES
Toby, who can't find anything to save his life, is singing at Pixie Dust. I am so glad I'm not there.
Claire brings him some... ...What? You must be joking.
Claudia does some shopping. Rodents, I believe 'news' involves things that are actually of interest for the future. And
Agnes sought Toby's help in dressing herself. I'm... not sure you'd want to go there, Agnes.
Jeff's at the hotel, where
Turtle brings sandwiches and more talk of the previous day. I'm going to say this only once: Don't speak of it.
Loki is... working, until he catches
Lindsay walking the walk of shame. What did she do? There's more
talk of that day I won't mention with Sarah, and
Loki speaks to Ronon of things I've no business knowing about.
Naomi looks forward to something at Stark Industries. Nice.
Jack brings food. I'm not even going to bother mentioning this news thing any longer.
Amber,
Claire,
Katina,
Sarah,
Liir and
Ichigo all did things involving their jobs. Now let's move on. At
that place that sounds like someone hacked up a hairball,
Dinah and Triela take some time to discuss choices in music. Dinah, you're going to want something with a lot of shrill noises.
Johnny brought Savannah in to work, where he spent a lot of time
fielding her questions. I'm sorry.
At the
knight's station, sir Dale's handling whatever trouble remained from yesterday. Good luck, and godspeed. You'll need it.
Cable and Deadpool have their weekly celebration of odd names, and
Simon had to deal with some mishaps while he saw to Mina. No word on how disastrous
Loki's attempts to do so for Daisy were, however.
Penelope finds the zombies at Caritas wearing maid's uniforms. Perhaps they're hoping they'll make their limbs stay firmly on.
Hurley educated her on some of the local slang.
Mary found herself in the lounge singing with the band. There are so many places I'm glad I wasn't today. Singing should be left to those schooled in it.
The clinic is empty now that the last patient has left, but the physician is still reviewing details.
A tree spawned in the park and released a set of puffballs. ...
Dinah and Triela find that it brought them a good feeling. Girls.
Katina also noted the same effect, however, as did
Tony and
Reno.
Can't be wrong, then.
...
Merlin, I still need to speak to you about some things that've come up. Including these bloody rodents. They're everywhere!
