So, I am finally updating this damn thing.

No, I'm not dead. I'm not even a zombie (at least, I'm not one by the most stringent definition). I've merely been away for awhile.

Since I apparently haven't updated this since November last, I'll start to fill y'all (<--lame-brained attempt at diaelct)in on the events of my life

I read this and thought, "...She really needs to meet some of my Bloomington friends." People who are writing or have written their PhD theses on SF and/or gaming. Like ninja_turbo or drydem (the latter being an Earlham alum). :)

And yes! I am always glad for the people who are proclaiming their love for SF and such in the ivory tower. I would have loved to do some work in cultural studies with video games *grin^2* but stupid teaching appealed to me more.
