So, I am finally updating this damn thing.

No, I'm not dead. I'm not even a zombie (at least, I'm not one by the most stringent definition). I've merely been away for awhile.

Since I apparently haven't updated this since November last, I'll start to fill y'all (<--lame-brained attempt at diaelct)in on the events of my life
