Nobody mentions how expensive all those opening doors can be. 

Nat being home is decidedly bad for my ability to get things done during the day.  I end up sitting on the couch and watching every goddamn episode of My Name Is Earl with him instead.  Good times, but far too unproductive for my tastes.  Don't get me wrong - I love sitting around and doing nothing once in a while.  But a week straight is pushing ( Read more... )

seven more pounds in 2 weeks, motherfuckers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

consider that plateau broken.

i jogged a half mile this morning, which is pretty big for me.  i've never jogged or run in my life, and a few months ago (hell, probably a month and a half) i couldn't jog a half a block.

i've got my momentum back, folk!!

Well, I've plateaued at 30 lbs lost for a bit, but I am not disheartened.  It'll happen, I'm just going to keep concentrating on getting healthier and the weightloss will happen.

I went to the doctor about my back problems today.  Ugh.  We worked out a plan, starting with getting blood work and an MRI.  I repeat - Ugh.

Nothing else new to report,

This weekend was a whirlwind.  Not in the awesome way, either (unfortunately).  Last week I did my normal, hanging out at Sarah's once Nat was home and both he and Tigh were going to bed.  Friday night we hung out with Rob and Marissa.  Saturday morning I went to see The Lightening Thief with Cerulean.  It was terrible.  Now, before y'all pin me ( Read more... )
