I have now installed wallpaper on my new Aspire, a sort of baptismal rite I hadn't got around to yet. The subject? A beautiful portrait of Spike.

So I should make a few comments on my reactions to Buffy the Vampire Slayer season four, while it's still fresh in my mind. Ahh, ( the joys of season four... )

Saw Kenilworth Castle from the outside. In the rain - from the dry comfort of a car.

Then went back to gillo's place and, among other wonderful adventures at least partly involving Shakespeare, watched several episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, one of New Tricks, and the Ian McKellen episode of ExtrasTomorrow I will see Kenilworth Castle properly ( Read more... )

Now back to Buffy... a nice break from all the new stuff I've been watching.

Buffy goes to university. She's a big girl now.

After the high intensity of the last few episodes of season 3, this was a bit of a letdown. But that's true of every season, right? ( Fun to see Buffy's approach to education. )

Buffy 3x20: The Prom

Loved this one - for many reasons. Well, not counting the absence of Spike.

( I must say, though, that proms... )

I skipped over two episodes of Buffy and didn't even notice I'd missed them. My excuse: I seem to have a case of flu that is meddling with my brain competence. Or something.

Blush. Okay, skipping back two episodes: "Choices".

Did you think I'd never talk about Buffy again? I was worried, myself. But here I am, with "Earshot".

A bit of a letdown after "Enemies", which I loved so much; and I don't like the growing rift between Angel and Buffy. But otherwise... fun. Definitely many good bits. ( I'm still a little confused as to exactly what a demon is, though. )
