I wished they'd devoted whole episodes to Toshiko, period. Or at least maybe some more episodes like Captain Jack Harkness and this story in Fragments where Tosh and Jack are being their brilliant selves.

I'd have liked that. Or if they'd just given her a more active role... I love the scene in the beginning of "Combat" where she and Jack are searching the warehouse, and find a corpse. She was too often sitting at her computer in the Hub.
