So: John Barrowman has a new show. Seems Torchwood has been not so much cancelled as shelved.... Well, not surprisingly, especially now that Russell T Davies has done his thing and gone away. So Russell T Davies is back in England working on a kid's show. And of course John Barrowman and Eve Myles want to do another Torchwood - but I'd not longer want to see Torchwood written by Russell T Davies, who likes to torture Captain Jack way too much.

Maybe if Stephen Moffat wrote it...

Watched Torchwood: Miracle Day episodes 2 and three this evening with maaseru and Pim. Enjoyed it. Though I was too busy to see episode 2 last week, I think I was also wary of watching it for fear of what will happen. In some ways, my fears have been laid to rest, and in others, not. After the depressing storyline of Torchwood: Children of Earth, I felt a certain trepidation about this one. Of course I want more Torchwood, but it could be a case of "beware what you wish for..."
