"Well, whatever you're doing it works well," Seith grinned and took another bite, "And yes, I would love some cocoa." It made sense she'd had some sort of training. The dish was too good for not to. Still he wondered why she was working as a housekeeper when she could be working toward becoming a chef. The question went unasked, however, in light of Edie's next comment.

"Oh, luv, you've never seen the beaches of the Gower Peninsula or the hills of Gwynedd," he replied, suddenly serious. "There's no land more beautiful in the world." Seith, smiled faintly, an almost dreamy expression in his eyes. Even if the sneaking remnants of his original Tale personality hadn't predisposed him for a love of pastoral settings, Seith was a Welshman through and through and had great pride in the land of his birth.

"New York is unique," Seith admitted, "But then so's London, Paris, Tokyo, Amsterdam... I could go on." He smiled, to show he wasn't lecturing her, "Like you said, maybe when you get the chance you'll be able to travel and see everything that's out there."

One of the best parts of Seith's job was the ability to travel all over the world, usually on a client's dime. Locational shoots were still very popular among the marketing crowd and Seith's reputation was such that he usually could pick and choose his projects, and their destinations.

"No, just plain cocoa is fine," Seith nodded. The chocolate smell was deliciously overwhelming. Fortunately he was nearly done with his meal. "So you actually are training to be a chef. I was wondering..." he let the thought trail off. "Well, hopefully you will get the chance to travel. I think everyone should."

"I'm already trained to be a chef, I've just finished with bread making..and I finish pastry this next session and then I am done. I wanted to have everything under control in order to have a bit of heft over the competition." Stirring it one last time, Edie went searching for a mug for him, pushing herself up so that her knees rested on the counter so she could rummage through the back of the cupboard. "I agree, it's just a matter of cost."
