The one thing I really hate about Bath and Body Works is pushing customers to purchase more things.  I think there is a fine line between being helpful and being pushy.  We're supposed to be demoing new Mentha Lip Shine products.  Most people who come into our store have a favorite lip product already and don't want to try one.  Why can't we demo

i definitely feel your pain about the suggestive selling thing. . .buffalo wild wings makes us do that, and i hate it. i find it unethical, and i know that if i were a customer, i wouldnt want some employee pushing more costs on me. corporate america stinks! lol
