Sort of unexpectedly, Matt and I found a fantastic duplex just across Broadway in NE. We went and paid the deposit and signed the lease this morning. Seriously, when I toured this place a few weeks ago, I thought "There's no way in hell I'll be able to afford this place. Plus, it's too beautiful." Well, I got a raise and it's ours now. A HA HA
