I think I've worked out why I've been so meh about the SCA of late. You work for those big events, the garb, the fighting, the little shiny baubles to make people go "oh cool", but if you don't actually go to the events, what's the point? So today was as awesome as yesterday was not.

After 2 hours of madly scribbling down lecture notes in a desperate attempt not to stare at Rodger's amazing (ie. not) shorts, I was free from class for the day. Hooray!
